We are excited to bring our new 5-axis CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machining Service to Cooper Joinery & CNC Services Ltd. CNC machining is a process used in the manufacturing sector that involves the use of computers to control machine tools.
Having been frustrated over the years at the lack of availability of businesses offering a Timber CNC Service, we have invested in a new 5-axis machine. With the incredible technology we now have, your design ideas and 3D drawings can be brought to life. We want to support your business by offering an efficient machining service, which will save you money, as well as releasing you to carry out additional work within your business.
We can offer cut components for you to piece together, or we can construct your items for you. With our expert knowledge we are able to perfect the production details, and offer advice on the best materials for your project.

Having 70 years combined experience in the Joinery Trade, we are the people to speak to with regards to your designs as we know the best way to manufacture and construct them. We know all about fixings, finishing materials, timber types and methods of manufacture.

Our Workshop
Our Workshop has the ability to manage projects on a variety of scales, and with our CNC Experience and extensive Joinery Knowledge, we are able to offer the complete service. Our 5-axis operating machine is equipped with a 13kW HSD spindle and has 360 degree continuous rotation on the vertical and horizontal axes. This enables the machining of complex-shaped pieces, ensuring quality, precision and time efficiency for our Customers, every time!
Our machine can accept pieces up to 245mm thick, and has the capacity to load panels with a depth of 1900mm. It has the benefit of a 16 place tool Revolver on the X carriage so that tools and aggregates are always readily available, allowing it to manage surfacing, profiling, engraving and pocketing.
